Inground Pool Closing
Our inground pool closing service ensures winter readiness through system drainage, antifreeze application, component protection, and cover installation. Technicians handle all technical aspects while homeowners remove ladders and handrails. Packages include shock treatment and chemical balance for 599.99.
Hot Tub Maintenance
Monthly maintenance includes system checks, filter cleaning, water testing, and chemical adjustments. Packages offer 6-12 month coverage with drain/clean services included. Factory-trained technicians service all major brands, including Caldera and Artesian Spas.
Above Ground Pool Opening
Professional pool opening includes cover removal, filter reconnection, system startup, and chemical balancing. Service includes 13 visits June through August with weekly or biweekly options available. Homeowner responsibility: cover drainage and ladder installation.
Swim Spa Drain & Clean
Thorough cleaning involves component disassembly, plumbing vacuuming, filter soaking, and acrylic surface cleaning. Reassembly includes system refilling and chemical treatment. Package options available for multiple service visits throughout the year.
Pool Maintenance Packages
Weekly and biweekly maintenance includes filter checks, water chemistry balancing, skimmer cleaning, and debris removal. Services run June to August with 13 or 7 scheduled visits. Chemicals provided by homeowner required for ongoing maintenance.

A very nice restaurant in the charming neighbourhood of Lichterfelde-West. The place offers a daily special meal of high quality at a very affordable price, as well as a good choice of la carte meals. Service is excellent, and corona restrictions are adhered to. The view from the large windows onto the "Grunderzeit" finely decorated houses, some of them half-timbered, is charming, and once you've finished your meal you may stroll around the place and do some shopping in the number of small fine food shop, bookstores etc. s around the S-Bahn station.

Great Modern and cozy Ambiance, good Cappucinos, good Food. Always enjoy my visit here. Today I relaxed with a cup of cappuccino and was happy being able to use the WiFi.

We had breakfast here on a summer morning and were happy with the visit. The outside seating was a nice street corner where you could watch passerbys. It's a good place to visit if you're in the mood for a filling breakfast, make sure to get the freshly pressed orange juice!

Food was okay, service also, but nothing really special. Burger was very big but little bit tasteless. But the prices for sure were to high. It wasn't worth price which I paid.

Good food, good service. Nothing too special, but in a nice, quiet area with public transport to the city centre nearby. 4 Ingress Portals in range!
