I had a fantastic experience here today with Lindsey! We recently purchased a home with a pool and are trying to get up to speed on care and maintenance. Lindsey was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She tested our water and turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought. She gave me simple to follow instructions on how to get the chemicals back into balance bed made sure I had everything I needed in order to do so. I wish this company serviced pools they didn't install because I would certainly use them. Lindsey- of you ever want to start a side business, I'll be your first customer

We pulled in at 2:45 and they close at 3. The worker came out and yelled at our car "We're not open!" We told her it was 2:45 and we just needed a quick filter but she turned us away and said they have a staff meeting? Ok well can't you have a staff meeting AFTER your scheduled open hours? She was so rude and we will not be back. Way better small shops in the area who will treat customers with more respect.

Wouldn't even hear me out when I called in with my project. I'll spend my money to put in an inground indoor pool elsewhere, you probably should too! *Except your company was the one listed as having completed the pool closing service in my disclosure forms at time of closing on our house. But I digress. I have already signed a contract to take care of our needs with a better responsive company.

Hudson Pools & Spas recently completed our pool and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Chad and Andy are great to work with, from start to finish they do exactly what they say, show up on time, deliver what they promise and make sure every detail is attended to. The crews are hard working, polite and overall good guys! You get what you pay for from Hudson Pools & Spas, I would highly recommend them if you are considering transforming your backyard, they are the best and laying it out and then making it a reality!
