The other day, I called Underwater Poolmasters (UPM) about a problem priming my pool pump. What a surprise that Steve (the owner) answered the phone! Although I know he was very busy with customers, Steve patiently answered my questions and gave advice to resolve the problem. As we talked, we realized that my family has used UPM for almost 30 years! I can still remember the day Steve came to educate me about the pool operation.
Over the years, Steve and his crew have been incredibly helpful with information, troubleshooting, service calls, and reassurances. I feel like I am very knowledgeable about maintaining our pool because of Steve's tutelage--he's a marvelous teacher! (Pun intended!) We're very lucky to have UPM service our pool. The swimming season is so short, and we are able to take advantage of each Sunny day thanks to Steve and his staff at UPM!

We have been customers of Underwater Pool Masters for 9 years. As new pool owners, they helped us learn how to care for our pool, and did a great job with opening, closing, and maintaining our pool all season. They have also done a fantastic job with large pool projects that have come up over the years. Steve, Phil, now Eric, and all the crew are truly pool experts. We are grateful for their knowledge and expertise.

I can't say enough good things about Steve and the staff at Underwater Pool Masters. I stumbled upon Underwater Pool Masters after calling numerous places near where I live (south of Worcester) over the course of many weeks, I guess my pool situation was not attractive enough for them. I am a new pool owner and knew nothing about pools so I was of zero help. I'm about 40-45 minutes away from Underwater Pool Masters and I wasn't sure they would even consider it.
They did, and they came out as fast as possible, fixed my leak, fixed my pump, educated me on everything I need to know, and got my pool running. Fast and efficient! Thank you Steve and the team at Underwater Pool Masters, you guys ROCK!

Great place, great prices! It would be 5 stars, with the exception being different clerks interpret the pool water readings differently. But, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Underwater Pool Masters rocks! I tried contacting many pool service companies in the Worcester area before reaching Steve at Underwater Pool Masters and couldn't get any help. I had a couple of the other guys come out to analyze my pool situation, then bill me for analyzing it but no one could/would actually help fix the problems. Then Steve came out took care of my leak in the first visit and guided me to getting my pool up and operating flawlessly and within a reasonable price. I will never contact anyone other than Underwater Pool Masters. Thank you!

Today I visited the West Boylston store for the first time. The owner Steve and his staff were amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, they use the newest technology to test your water and generate a "to do list" which is easy to follow. Underwater Pool Masters has all the chemicals and supplies you need at reasonable costs. Steve is nationally accredited and offers training courses to other professionals and takes the time to teach his customers! Over-all the service was above and beyond what I expected! Do yourself a favor and visit the store with your water sample, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Steve and staff!
