The onsite technicians are booked solid for a reason! My pool pump was slowly losing suction after six years of service. The technician came out a week after my appointment was made. They were within a day of when they said they could come to my house. They cleaned out the pool pump impeller and also noticed the o-rings needed to be replaced. It was 13 percent of the cost to replace the pool pump with a new one! Thanks Perry!

I would not give this company even a 1/2 of a star. Fitst I had difficulty with them even return my calls. They would not set an appointment with me and kept stringing me a long saying maybe we'll be by on this day or maybe this day. Then without an appointment or saying they were gonna show up. I got a call saying: I'm here, I tried to go into your backyard but it's locked. No consideration for my and for my time. Most people have jobs, so an appointment is necessary.

I used to go to B&L pools, but Leslie's bought them out. I find the smaller pool stores have much better advice, won't up sell me and my pool does so much better. The employees know pools well and don't just give general recommendations. Leslie's is within walking distance from my house, but I drive 15 min to use Perry's pool pump. I'm so glad there's another small business that I can continue to get good service from!

Customer service or lack there or. Been there twice in the last month. Both times no one even acknowledged that I was waiting to buy a product. I stood there right by the counter while they were dealing with another customer taking a long time, first time over ten minutes, second time over 5 minutes. It seems like I did not exist. At least "I will be with you in a few minutes" but no, just nothing. If that is the way they treat customers I will not come back and will not say nice things about their customer service.
