Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness They closed 15 minutes early and I drove 45 minutes just to grab what I needed after my appointment. They even turned the lights off when I knocked on the door and hid in the back.

Requested a visit for a quote and waited UNTIL September for Adam Roy gave us with his presence. The guy shows up and admitted he's behind on quotes but promised we should have one in 21 days. His quote never came. We sent numerous emails following up and he never returned them nor did we ever recieve that quote. Not at all in impressed. Should have gotten the hint back in June when we requested a quote.
