Critical: Professionalism Wow, the older lady who answered was so RUDE! When I told her I was looking for a company to come out vs me going there for a estimate (bc companies are actually doing that) she said "nope, we don't come out" and hung up!

Very poor customer service have been trying to get our pool serviced with them since they are the original builders with the previous home owners and it took 2 calls before I got a call back and was told they would be there the following week and here we are 5-6 weeks later multiple voice mail messages left and no response. Unfortunately with covid 19 no other place that I have contacted are taking new clients. So I am stuck with this poorly managed company and no service.

Tech was 15 min late to appointment. Then proceeded to give me an estimate 20% higher than everyone else. I wouldn't use this company for any reason. Over priced and rude employees.
