If you want to get robbed this is the place to shop. Prices are double and customer service is terrible.

Great customer service. Called the store the day before and left a message inquiring about a part that online indicated they had it in stock. Received a call shortly after store opened to tell me that the part I was looking for was not in stock. Still decided to make the trek from Oswego to West Chicago to buy sand for the filter. Associates that helped me were super friendly. Only disappointment was the packaging with the sand. 2 of the bags were torn and caused a mess.

I used these guys for years. Mostly chemicals and parts. I decided to buy a pool cleaner after research. Out of the box, it didnt work. I called thier customer service 4 times trying to get a return label for an exchange, not a refund. Each time I got a different story on how long it takes to get the label emailed to me. It never arrived. I had to deal with the manufacturer to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from here! You are better off buying local in case there is an issue. They simply don't care!

Very disappointed with this company. I would recommend ordering pool supplies from somewhere else. I spent $700 for a filter system and received the wrong size. Of course they are out of stock and won't give me my money back. None of this is my fault. I am absolutely shocked with the lack of customer service. Better business bureau needs to shut this place down.

Ordered a 12x20 kayak pool liner from this company. Shipping time was grossly overpromised! May 26th was estimated delivery date. I called on that day to verify and received notice that it would be delivered August 19th. Buyer beware! This company lies to make sales! No indication or heads up that there would be a delay. My tracking info still indicates todays date for delivery. Ridiculous!

Just so everyone is aware, this company charges a "handling" fee. So be aware you will pay shipping plus handling on top of tax etc. I havent heard of a "handling" fee in years! They charge $10 to pull the product and put it in a box. They also do not price match. I called and asked if they could waive the handling fee, they said no. They were willing to lose a customer over $10. I shop at Doheny's. Much better customer service.

IN THE SWIM - SUPER POXY SHIELD A single application DO NOT lasts up to 8 years. I was looking on the market the most durable epoxy paint for in ground pool and I thought this was worth it to try. It was expensive like any other pool supply item. Well, I did not last a year. Blue color was very intense on the first summer. 2nd summer, the color fade away. I contacted customer service and they did response pretty fast to let me know that they are no warranty on chemicals neither refunds. I do not recommend this product again or any of their pool supplies.
