I called 3 times since late March and no one has gotten back to me with a cost for a new liner with installation and weekly cleaning services.

Pool missing pieces, liner wasnt made right seams bad, no customer support waste of money. Walls don't match track properly track wont hold wall in place keeps popping out uprights don't match lower brackets. Poorly built at a premium price

Been coming here for years. All the employees here are so helpful and knowledgeable. They've helped become a pool master lol okay not a master but I'm very good at taking care of my pool now because of the staff.

Kim was very rude hung up in my face when I asked her a question and then when I called back to ask her why she said she don't have to explain this was 6/26 at 3:55 Pm I asked for a supervisor she said the supervisor dealing with a lifeguard. Terrible customer service

I have always found the associates very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. However today that was not the case when working with Jen, I have never been treated or talked to so rudly before. Instead of educating as the other associates have in the past she couldn't be bothered and made that very clear in her tone. When I expressed this to her and told her I would taking my business elsewhere her comment was good. Extremely unprofessional

Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone! I registered my kids months in advance and followed up with email. They took my money and couldn't careless to address my concerns. Paid for 4 classes when 10 were offered. Very much disappointed
