We contracted with Contemporary Pools in June 2021. The design process was quick and easy and Brett was very helpful throughout the selection process. Construction began on August 23rd and was completed on December 22nd. We are thrilled with how our pool turned out! We've had no problems with our salt water pool and we are very happy customers!

Being handicapped we had needs that needed to be met when designing our pool. Fortunately, Brett McKibbin of Contemporary Pools was assigned to us. He diligently worked on a designed an ultra-modern pool that was fully functional and esthetically pleasing. I have included photos of the finished product that was completed with quality materials, on time and at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Brett McKibbin and Contemporary Pools.

Brett was great to work with. Came in on Saturday to accommodate our schedules and help us pick materials and design our dream oasis. Brian and Brett also did a great job at managing expectations during a crazy market. We requested a reasonable timeline once all materials were ordered and they actually finished earlier then promised. Brett, Brian, Thomas and crew thank you!

Couldn't be happier with our pool! We met with Bret and contracted with Contemporary Pools just one week before heading back to Chicago. We were concerned about embarking on a long distance project. However, from design to completion Bret not only met our expectations but exceeded them. Bret kept us fully informed on every aspect of construction. Our pool was completed earlier than expected, even during Covid related difficulties.
Service after completion continued to be amazing. Debbie quickly scheduled Marvin to provide our pool school. Marvin was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he had the patience and skill necessary to insure we were completely comfortable with pool operations. Anthony provided the initial 30 day pool maintenance. We were so impressed with Anthony that we signed an annual maintenance contract. After talking with Tom, we knew that we could depend on Contemporary Pools for continued reliable service. Anyone can build a pool, but genuine, personalized service sets Contemporary Pools apart from the rest.

Great job Contemporary Pools! Back in April 2021 we looked at several reviews for pools and was stuck between two different companies we liked the most. This company we liked best as it had fair pricing and had a much faster starting date. With the Covid pandemic and material shortage Thomas Jackson has been very communicative and was able to break ground for our pool September 7, 2021 and pool was filled on December 17th, ready to swim December 21st, just before Christmas! Everything looks absolutely beautiful and we are so glad we chose this pool company. Thanks again! Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with our new pool! In particular we are extremely satisfied with the service and assistance we received from our sales person, Brett McKibben. Brett helped take much of the stress from taxing decisions on the designs and layout of our pool. Over a year before our pool was installed Brett help us make the decision on what lot to purchase for our new home by producing site plans of our house with pool on the lots we were considering. Brett's excellent service and advise continued throughout the final design and construction. Brett's advise and service, from design and layout, to color and tile selections, to service after the sale were instrumental in the end result of a perfect pool and spa combination with which we are extremely satisfied.
Although the construction process was longer then we had anticipated, we found Contemporary's staff and all the sub-contractors to be professional, efficient, courteous, and considerate. And, the project was completed before the projected finish date.
