We just finished our "pool school" with Mike and we had an overall GREAT experience! Mike was punctual and he explained everything in detail. He was very courteous and answered all our questions with patience. The company should consider itself lucky to have such wonderful employees! Wish our entire pool building experience had been like this.

During the freezing weather event over the past few days, I needed help to protect the pipes running to the pool equipment from freezing. Pool Surgeons were able to quickly call me back and use a FaceTime call to walk me through the multi-step process of "winterizing" the pipes going into the pool equipment. I know they had to be getting many calls a day and still made time to help me avoid damage and repair expense. I also have an appointment scheduled for them to return to set the equipment up for normal operations after the weather warms. Great service when I needed help the most, Thank you!

I reached out to the Pool Surgeon when I had an issue with my pool's booster pump. They responded quickly and fixed it for a fair price. While here they also addressed some other small issues that were lingering. As a follow up to this I had them come out and install a Wi-Fi controller. Again pricing was fair and the install was great. I will continue to use Pool Surgeon and recommend them to all my friends.

Like so many our pool went into crisis mode with the winter storm. I got The Pool Surgeon's number from a friend. I sent a text and within 30 minutes I was FaceTiming with Jarred and he was walking me through winterizing everything potentially saving me $1000's in more damage. I highly recommend their service.

We are new pool owners and did not know the first thing about pools. Pool Surgeons came out and patiently and thoroughly explained how the system works from a mechanical and chemical perspective (salt water pool). Instead of trying to upsell us on unnecessary services they said they were here to help however they could. Pool Surgeons will be our go to source when we need our pool equipment serviced.
