Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Run the opposite way from these people. 4 1/2 months waiting and they have the nerve to cancel the DAY of the appointment. The owner Troy call me to tell me based on my feedback that they won't be meeting with us. Disgusting company ethics. Not recommended obviously!

We bought a pool rail for about $400. The coating was cracked. We went to FedEx to mail it back and it would cost $108 to return. Contacted Maria and she refunded our money in full. We would recommend Innovative Pools to anyone.
