Critical: Responsiveness Talked to a lady Monday & described problem. She said she'd pass on request to mgr who'd call me. Three days later no call back. So I called back & a lady said she wasn't familiar with my Monday call-they were "busy".

Had my pool re-plastered by the New Orleans Pool and Patio Store. Did an excellent job, and the pool looks like new. The store can get you any pool repair parts you need, test your pool water and help balance it for you and do everything with a smile.

They do great work, don't get me wrong there. Thats if and when they decide to show up. For our pool to be replastered, it took a total of 6 months to complete the job. We decided to have a LED installed, that took roughly 2 months to do. Now our sand filter lateral assembly broke and called them numerous times to figure out a day they can come out. This has been a month ago we called. They are horrible at returning phone calls, and doing a job in a descent time frame.
They will call you for that payment though. lack of communication for a company is unprofessional. If you are wanting the job done in the amount of time they say it will be done. do not take their word. its a lie.

I called them on 3 separate occasions to get an estimate for my pavers near my pool. Each time I was told the contractor was going to call me back. after waiting 3 weeks I called Mud Bug Pavers in Hammond and they showed up the next week.

Light was installed a year ago. Light stopped working. I called them and they sent someone out to replace for free. Great company!

As I was starting my research for pools and companies to use, I found out quickly that Rebecca and Chet were the best at what they do. I was not disappointed. They were patient and professional throughout the design process. Gave me a timeline and even finished early so I had a pool to jump into on my first day of vacation. I am beyond satisfied with everything about this company. No need to look any further, New Orleans Pools & Patios is the company you need for your pool and patio needs. Thank you guys for all you do;
