From the very start, Backyard Living's owner Pepper Tregre demonstrated an eye for design, functionality and excellent use-of-space that exceeded our expectations. How our pool interacted with our new home was important to us. Pepper's very professional 3-D Pre-Construction images provided a clear idea of what the final product would look like.
I'm pleased to say that he nailed it. Perfectly. As inexperienced, first-time pool owners, it was comforting to know, during every phase of the project, that we were working with a passionate, experienced, hands-on, honest small business owner who took pride in building a beautiful pool that his customers would love. Excellent customer service! Went in looking for gas logs for our fireplace. The ladies were so helpful with getting us what we needed and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of product we received. Excellent company and we look forward to shopping there again for our next outdoor project.

Couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience! After dealing with another large retail store and waiting over two months for our completed patio purchase to be delivered, we decided to see what Backyard Living had to offer. We walked in and were greeted with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We never felt pressured, just guided and educated. We ended up with a gorgeous set of furniture for our backyard, delivered to us in less than two days! Visiting Backyard Living's showroom was truly the best decision my husband and I made in completing our backyard.
