These people do not do the job! They cross thread the bolt on our filter before our Autistic 4 year olds pool party and told us they would be back out at 730 am to fix it never showed up told us they aren't coming and we would have to pay for them to come if so. Which resulted in her party being canceled! These people are very inhumane & unprofessional! As a business owner myself I would never recommend Caribbean pools to any one!
On that note Islander pool & spas came out same day and fixed it! Anyone looking for a good company I would suggest Islander! Very professional, reliable, good character! You can trust! Stay away from Caribbean pools!
