Pool Construction
We design and build custom swimming pools tailored to property specifications and client preferences. Our construction process incorporates three primary pool types: vinyl liner, fiberglass, and gunite (concrete) options. Each project includes comprehensive planning, expert excavation, and installation of essential mechanical systems. Our team ensures proper integration with existing landscapes while maintaining strict quality control throughout construction phases.
Remodeling
Our pool remodeling services modernize aging pools while addressing structural and functional concerns. We assess existing pool conditions to determine necessary repairs, surface restoration, and equipment upgrades. Projects may include tile replacement, coping restoration, and complete system overhauls. Our specialists develop customized renovation plans that enhance aesthetics while improving energy efficiency and long-term durability for Kansas City climate conditions.
Landscaping
We create cohesive outdoor environments that complement pool installations through strategic landscaping. Our services include plant selection, hardscaping elements, and privacy solutions using hedges or fencing. We design transitional spaces that connect homes to pool areas while considering drainage requirements and maintenance needs. The landscaping integrates with overall pool design to create functional, visually appealing backyard retreats.
Accessories
We offer comprehensive accessory installation to enhance pool functionality and entertainment value. Our options include patio furniture arrangements, outdoor grilling stations, and fireplace installations for extended use. We recommend durable, weather-resistant materials suited to Kansas City's climate. These elements create multifunctional spaces that support both relaxation and social gatherings around the pool area.
Lighting
Our lighting solutions extend pool usability into evening hours while creating dramatic visual effects. We install underwater lighting systems, perimeter accent lights, and fiber optic displays. The designs balance safety requirements with aesthetic considerations, ensuring proper illumination of entry points and water features. Our team selects energy-efficient LED options that provide long-term reliability and customizable color schemes.

Bryan was very easy to work with during the process of picking out size and type of our pool. He was able to answer all my questions about upgrades and different features. The pool has been a tremendous hit with the kids and extremely happy I choose Premier Pools.
