I've used two other pool stores in town and swimfun has the best chemical service period. Their system stops an algae bloom and gets you back to normal the quickest. Also, I had to replace my chlorinator and pump this week and they were great with answering all my questions and getting it installed the same day that I call. I 100% recommend swimfun for pool owners.

Great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We were recommended by another person to go to Leslie's pool supply the first time we needed pool items/equipment. They were ok. I decided to try out Swimfun the next time we needed something and I found the prices, the service, and the pool expertise superior at Swimfun. Would definitely recommend.

Good service department. Prices are a little higher then average, but the work and products are worth it (they replaced the liner in our in ground pool). The employees have always been friendly and helpful when I've stopped in for those inevitable items you need for your pool.

Had our tub for a little over a year now. Had a minor wiring problem in the first month. They came out right away and fixed it. Always friendly when we go in for chemicals or water testing.

Fantastic experience start to finish! No pressure sales. Our hot tub was delayed due to quarantine, but Cody always responded to my calls immediately. I was never left hanging. Tanner, who handled our installation, was THE BEST! We had an issue with the electrical and he went above and beyond to correct it so we could enjoy our hot tub that same day! Highly recommend working with this group; you won't regret it. Oh, and we LOVE our hot tub!

For a pool supply store located in a four month swim season (Kansas), Swim Fun has a huge selection of parts and accessories. If you DIY a lot of plumbing, electrical and mechanical pool repairs, do the right thing and get your supplies at Swim Fun (or any other LOCAL store.) Ordering online will save you a few bucks but being able to get parts immediately is worth a little extra. It's nice to know most of the parts any supplies you need are just a short drive away any your pool can be back "up and running" TODAY.

Everyone is so nice! I mean, they'll actually talk to you. And they know what they're talking about. And they seem honestly happy when you're water analysis comes out perfect - even if it means you won't be buying anything. I almost wish I could work there. I definitely think home Depot, target, and just about every other retailer could learn a lot from the people at Swimfun

These guys are criminals. Do not use them. I was quoted a price. Then they were not able to move our hot tub down a hill. I hired a crane to move it down the hill and do 90 percent of the job. I had these criminals come back after they said they would set it for $200. They then said we had to pay them $450. Keep away unless you are looking for a horrible situation.

Amazing customer service. I went in after I bought my hot tub and they helped me out with the chemicals and water testing that I needed. Next day found out that one of the fittings on The PVC pipe was broken. They were very helpful and I got it fixed ASAP. I will continue to use them for all of my swimming and hot tub needs. GREAT PEOPLE.

Terrible customer service! They closed my pool and when I opened it this Spring it looked like they never put any chemicals in to winterize it! Horrible! When I told them they completely took no responsibility for it! It is a total mess!
