Decent price on the pool package I bought from them! Their store was nice inside!, had a lot of things on display! Kinda hard to get ahold of! (Don't answer the phone usually!) & don't return the messages left for them unfortunately!(Could be busy! & short-handed I suppose!? Maybe?!). But I would still recommend them for pool & spa products!

I've purchased an in-ground pool and a spa from Adirondack Pools over the years. Their staff is knowledgable, professional and friendly. Both installations were excellent, and perhaps most importantly, the service after the sale was top notch. I would recommend them to my friends.

Very helpful customer service. Called with a problem and Kyle was professional and extremely helpful over the phone and was able to point us in the right direction and we fixed our pool without a service visit from him. I would recommend this local pool company for all your pool needs.

I purchased a pool from Adirondack Pools which turned out to be beautiful however, the timeline that was described vs. how long it actually took was completely off. Each step throughout the process took extraordinarily longer then promised. Project management skills are significantly lacking. -Bitter-Sweet
