Slow response to request for quote. However, they seem to have a better schedule, lead time for installation than others in the area.

Have nothing but good things to say about Fox Pools. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they don't know, they will find out. Also like that they are local folks and not a big chain. They seem to care about me and any problems that we have with our pool. Would recommend Fox to anyone! Services: Swimming pool water analysis, Cleaning

First time I used fox pools this spring. The nicest people ever! The associate sold me exactly what I needed in chemicals! This is the first time in 12 years my pool has been clear all summer! Thanks Fox pools! Also purchased a Dolfin vacuum. Vacuums are a little pricey so I had a lot of questions, the employee answered all my questions and she was spot on! I love it! Fox pool is my pool store from now on!

This year they opened my pool but did not clean it, claiming they only had me down to "open the pool and change the light". Last year they opened and cleaned the pool, but didn't replace the lightbulb because they didn't have the right one on the truck. They said they would come back later in the year to replace it but didn't. I've never had to explicitly tell anyone opening my pool to clean it before. If I had time to clean it at opening I would just open it myself. Very disappointed. Again.
