First time visiting here after Leslie's let me down again. Doug and the rest of the crew were very inviting. They explained how they do things there, just got in some chlorine tabs and told me o should take some because they're difficult to find right now and Doug explained their water testing service in detail. Definitely coming back.

Great place and great service in and out in under 15, I had to be in town so I brought water sample, simple easy told me what I need bought PH increase put it in pool, levels perfect now. staff all very helpful and polite

Awful. Overpriced, no customer service skills whatsoever. They are so lucky they are the only pool place in town. Any one else opens a popls store with a shred of organization and customer service skills this would be closed in a month.

Drove all the way from East Haven to visit this place just to find a sign that says "Be back at 2" Tell me how this is good business? Customers look you up online, see your hours of business, drive all the way there and literally get stuck out in the rain. I'm sorry but a sign on the door when you're suppose to be open is bad business.
