Absolute Horrible company, completely incompetent company and employees in doing our pool installation and maintenance. To name just a few things that have happened. They got concrete in the water which messed up the finish on the pool. The Filter that cleans the water for the entire pool was Plumbed BACKWARDS! The heater is broken as a result and also having to replace very expensive filters at an extremely high rate.

I worked in pools both residential and commercial for a few years and I've never seen this level of incompetence on an install or maintenance. They didn't notice the backwards plumbing for over 3 years. I was the one who finally discovered it and was in disbelief. We've given them every opportunity to correct the situation and they have yet to do so.

He has his employees talk on his behalf and the only time we've gotten a timely response was when we reported them to the better business bureau. They called with promises to fix everything if we took it down but they refused to sign it in writing. There is a reason they have the review option turned off on Facebook and their website. Would give 0/10 if possible. The amount of documentation we have on both the equipment and communication is more than enough to win a lawsuit but wishing they would just do the right thing.

After having holes in our pool liner, I contacted Atlantic Pools and ordered a 54" wall pool liner. The liner arrived in the fall, and they have me the number of a person for me to contact to have the liner installed, but after contacting him, and giving our information for the install, he never picked up the liner before winter hit. Once we had the first warm weekend, I gathered friends and family, put up the liner myself, and we installed it, only to find that the manufacturer put a 48" wall liner in the box.

I contacted the store, and about 10 days later, after a second call, was informed by Marsha that they would not assist me, and that I needed to call the pool liner manufacturer, but did not provide me with any information on how to contact them.

The person working was friendly and knowledgeable. The reason I didn't give a 5 is because I was not greeted when I came in. Granted she was busy with another person but she could have greeted me and stated she would be with me soon. BUT when she got to me she was extremely nice and helped me alot.

Jody put a new liner in for us and also installed a sump pump to help with the drainage problem I was having. He stuck with the original bid he gave me. And the result has been wonderful. We will call again if we need anymore pool work.

Just finished our pool. Cracks in concrete deck 5 days after being poured. Installation was wrong caused a lot of grief. Pool was set 5 inches high and costs a lot of dirt fill after the fact. Brent of course did nothing wrong (according to him). He is a salesman and will say anything to you and blame anyone else for issues, the company has no communication skills. They show up when they want with no notice. Might do some work and you will never be told. I would NOT EVER do business with them again. Buyer be ware.

They built a fantastic pool for us two years ago. Brent and the team have been responsive and, more importantly, well educated on whatever we may need. Brent designed a pool to meet our unique backyard requirements and he helped us consider the pros and cons along the way to manage the spend. I really appreciated that he did not lead us to spend more money when he questioned the value.

The quality of our build is excellent and service calls have been excellent as well. Mother nature didn't cooperate at all during the process but Brent made sure we had the highest quality pool. Highly impressed.

We just had a pool and outdoor kitchen put in. We started the process late in April and met with Brent from Atlantic Pools to start the process. We had little to no knowledge of the pool installation process and Brent walked us through every step. He was very knowledgable and he made himself available to answer questions and responded in a timely manner.

He even invited to his home to look at his pool. The pool turned out beautiful and was finished on time. I have neighbors who decided to go with a different popular pool installers in our area and are still waiting on their projects to be started! We also shopped this other company and their quote was almost $9,000.00 more! We could not be any happier and recommend Atlantic pools.

Only give this 2 stars (because I want to give it 1) because our pool looks nice. The poorest customer service possible to the point where you have to make threats. Subcontracted work after telling us that his employees do it all. A year later and pool needs work (still under warranty) but having a terrible time getting anything done. I highly recommend finding another pool company to build your pool.

I recently purchased an above ground pool and have had problems from the get go! I am a first time pool buyer at that. No one ever offered to show me how to do anything as far as chemicals, cleaning, operating the pump, etc. without me asking SEVERAL times and then to be treated like I'm bothering them.? Our pump had to replaced right off the bat, after leaking several hundred gallons of water.

Now the bottom of the pool has dips, digits, deeper in some areas than others and NOW grass is growing through the bottom of the liner! We have gotten in our pool 4 times. That. Is. It. I've tried calling several times and haven't gotten a call back from the owner like I requested. My next review will be with the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time! Don't waste your money!

I was not party to the purchase or installation of the pool, so I cannot comment on their service or performance during that time. However, since I've lived with my fiance the pool's salt system has required service by the pool company at the beginning of the season each year. My fiance dealt with the pool company last year, but, unfortunately, I dealt with them this year.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. Calls aren't returned for days. If you call the follow up on a message that you left, no one has any idea what it's about because, obviously, no one took the time to actually take a note or leave a message. The service technician that finally called back said he'd be at our house the next day and would give us a call--that never happened. Needless, to say, I called another pool company and will no longer do business with Atlantic Pools.
