Aqua dynamics was very responsive and Vicki was professional, responsive and polite. However, when we realized we did not need the full solution we were sold, we cancelled the service several days in advance of schedule and then we were charged a credit card merchant fee for our 50% we were required to put down. It is unclear why we had to pay a credit card fee for a service which never occurred.

I have had two separate pools completely redone by Aqua Dynamics. They replaced the plumbing, liners and all the pumps and other equipment. Both pools came out great and I will continue to use Aqua Dynamics in the future. The owner and his crew are very professional and communicate well. After my installation they were very thorough helping me learn how to operate all of the equipment. Whenever I have any questions or need anything they are always happy to help. I am very glad i chose Aqua Dynamics.

I used the website to contact them and received a call back the same day. I explained my issue and texted a couple images to Ashley. We discussed options and opted for replacement of a filter. They were able to replace and get us back up and running in less than 24 hours from the time I sent the email. Greg came out and did an awesome job and answered some questions we had about pool maintenance in general. He was great and I would absolutely do business with these folks again, no question.

We highly recommend Aqua Dynamics! They not only did a phenomenal job but they bailed us out of a potentially bad situation! The pool at our Sandbridge rental property was in bad shape when we uncovered it this spring. We only had a small window to make the repairs before our first seasonal guest was to arrive. With beaches closed due to Covid-19, the pool was essential to keeping our guests happy! Ashley came right out to the property to inspect the job (despite the fact his team was already slammed busy.) The repairs were extensive and included repairing the bottom, installing a new liner and installing a new pool light. He and his team got it all done with time to spare! He was easy to work with and extremely professional. Thanks to Aqua Dynamics, my guests have a gorgeous pool to enjoy! Thank you, Ashley and team!

Aqua dynamics excellent with installing a rail into my pool. I inquired, Ashley told me details and once I gave permission, his guys were out within two days for installation. They did a great job. I have dealt with this company for years. Pump replacement, filter replacement, liner replacement and chlormatic replacement. They have always been fair, punctual and did excellent work. Totally satisfied.

We have used Aqua Dynamics many times for our aging pool. They have repaired our salt chlorinator, replaced a light, replaced the vinyl liner in our custom inground pool and installed a new pool pump and new sand filter. Ashley and his team are always super helpful, educating us on what is best for our pool and making sure the work is completed in a timely manner. When our liner needed replaced 2 yrs ago, Ashley made sure it was completed in time for my daughter's graduation party! Recently when our pool filter was leaking badly, Ashley installed a new one for us quickly, even a day earlier than promised! I never had that experience with our old pool contractor.
