Came in, showed them a video of my sand filter acting crazy. 5 minutes had the parts, great price comparable to Amazon.

Anchor Pool Inc was told several times via verbal communication, text messaging, and email that we were requesting services for a NEW saltwater pool that required the use of salt and other chemicals. They proceeded to not only use the wrong chemicals but failed to put salt in the pool. After voicing the issue with the company, they still charge almost $300 for the incorrect services. I would not recommend this company to anyone for failing to correct the wrongdoing and still charge for the services.

To the complaints. Walk in there, talk face to face with someone. I constantly see 3-5 people in there shopping. They are busy because you know they're good. Anyway, they do everything and anything for your pool. Chemicals, tests, plans, cleaners, toys, etc. I enjoy their help and advice as a first time pool owner. A pool is a luxury, not a necessity, so enjoy it and put your money where your mouth is. It's your investment, take the time and the money to make it well for you and yours.

I visited Anchor Pools about 20 mins before they closed. I wanted to get my water tested because my pool had turned green and no matter how many times I shocked it and used algecide, it was not turning clear. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, hello, how can we help you. I explained my situation and the employees didn't pass judgement. He stated it happens often, but let's test your water and see how WE can fix it.
It immediately became our problem and not just my problem. I definitely appreciated that! When I didn't have the dimensions and gallons of water in my pool, they still tried to help me. They didn't try to upsell me and weren't pushy. While the water was being tested, the employee made casual conversation and even gave me an estimated timeline for when I could see results for my pool. The best part is that they made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. The whole experience with Anchor Pools was amazing, if I could give more stars, I would. I highly recommend to my friends and co-workers!
