Tonight Ted came over to find a leak. We have had him over several years back for a leak that he fixed quickly and at a very low cost. He's HONEST and knowledgeable, try finding that these days. He Doesn't try to do or sell you anything that isn't necessary. I am a realtor and due to my first experience I have referred him to several of my own customers. We had Ted resurface part of our pool deck. The quality of the product he provided was excellent. It's one thing to resurface the whole pool deck, but we have sections of our pool deck resurfaced and he was able to match the existing deck very well.

Ted & company doesn't answer their phone. They will call you back if your a 'new' client or they feel they are deserving payment for their "work". They showed up, cut pipes and told me they would be back, after 4 weeks and no response I was forced to get another company to repair what they cut up and to fix the original issue. - Do your research folks; their are a LOT of pool repair companies.
