I would like to give a zero. I have called them, emailed them, left messages for someone to contact me for our last new build. No one called and it has been 1.5 years. Now I thought I would try them again. Again, no call back for a new build. It has been 3 weeks. I guess they do not need the business.

Nautica Pools did a terrific job with out pool. They were responsive, timely, and professional. They were patient with questions in what can be a complicated process and were mindful of our pocket book. Very responsive to questions even after the job was finished. Would recommend them without reservation.

Roland and Chris just completed an awesome renovation of our pool, equipment and deck. Couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. They also gave me ideas and suggestions to make the pool area really look nice. The travertine tile Chris recommended looks amazing, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail could not be any better. It is obvious to me that they both take a lot of pride in their work, and I would recommend them and their team to any one that wants a pool they will be proud of for years to come.

Nautica Pools was easy to work with. I let Rollin know my vision and what I wanted. He was able to produce a pool exactly what our family wanted and needed. We have had a ton of complements when our friends and family come over to enjoy it with us. It is a little of Hawaii in my back yard and I love it!

Rollin and his company are by far the best pool builders out there! We did our research and got quotes from several companies. You will not beat Nautica Pools for their customer service, attention to detail, and overall package. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to put in a pool. Rollin is involved each step of the way. He listened to what we wanted for the design and then came every day to oversee the work being done.
He pays attention to detail and makes sure that everything is done right. His workers were on time and professional. They were friendly and flexible with any changes we wanted or questions that we had. We are so happy with our pool and would gladly do business with them again.
