Rory came out and gave us very realistic time frames and options. We had a budget and were pretty much on budget. He was available when we had questions and very helpful during the process. The guys who came out for the install were great. I can not say how impressed I was with the guys who did this work. Compared to doing a standard poll construction we were all done in a matter of about 6 weeks start to finish. Our hold was just the weather due to rain but we had the hole dug and pool filled with water in a week. Past that it's been great and we have enjoyed it each night and weekends.

When my hot Tub needed a new Pump, Rory Stringer ( Owner of American Pools) was recommended by my local Pool Supply Store. I called Rory and he came out the next Day. Within10 minutes he was on his Phone ordering a new Pump. He told me he does not mark up the Price on his Parts. His Labor charge was very Fair. The Part came in, he installed the Pump, and with labor total was $487.00 I live in Lufkin, Texas.

I called Johnson Pools and they were going to charge me over $1000.00. Rory is Honest, and I highly recommend him for Hot Tub or Pool Repairs. Thanks Rory for saving me over $500.00. P.S. Johnson Pools in Lufkin, was only going to give me a 90 Day Warranty on the Part/Pump. Rory Gave me a 1 Year Warranty.
