Great folks and quality installation. I have worked with the UP team multiple times over the last 5 years for my clients backyards. Always a pleasant experience and they are the fastest builders in town. They are punctual and and take a proactive approach to project execution.

Highly recommended. During the busy season in mid-June, I have called several companies with good reviews to open the pool for us, but they either have no immediate availability or simply didn't return my calls. Tammy from Ultimate Pools returned my call within an hour and scheduled someone to open for us in the following week. One of the two guys came out was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good recommendations. We were satisfied with overall experience. Definitely will use them again.

I contacted them trying to get an estimate on a project and before they received any details from me they told me it was an 80-90,000$ job and they dont do decking. They didn't ask me the size of pool or deck or anything. Very rude and unprofessional, I would never even consider them after that!

Top quality pool, spa and service. You get what you pay for, they may not be the cheapest but they are the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
