If there could be negative stars I would give it to this company. First off no one answers the phone. There is no way that there is so many calls they pick up the phone, they only communicate through email. They keep blaming covid on not giving an actual time. They blew me off twice for a pool opening, last time I will ever consider them. There are better companies in the Norton area

We did our pool opening and closing through MCM and they come, do the job, and bill you! During the opening, they were super helpful and answered some questions I had. Kurt and Artie were super nice and helpful over the phone as well. Recommended for those annual pool services. We did get quoted for a spa repair a pretty hefty price. The job they quoted involved cutting the insulation in our spa so the labor as well as the parts were pretty expensive.

I lucked out and was able to educate myself on the fix, and did so myself for about $150 less, without cutting any insulation. It's far safer to leave it to the professionals, however. I only took the risk because their parts distributor was seriously backed up due to COVID. I wouldn't have been able to make the fix without them explaining the issue to me and letting me know what parts I would need to source on my own. I would definitely call them for repairs in the future, as that transparency was really appreciated.

Matt and his team installed a beautiful inground pool. They were accommodating and professional. It was a long process from design to finish and they were always responsive and helpful every step of the way! We would highly recommend them! And we will miss Phoebe!
