Central Iowa Pool & Spa was founded in 1996 by John and Nora Mosher in Des Moines, Iowa. John and Nora began the company primarily installing above ground swimming pools and portable spas throughout the area. Mario Alba recently took over operations, allowing John and Nora to work in a semi-retired capacity.
