Been doing business here for years. I miss ole Thor, the starter-owner, but the family does a nice job. Staff here are decent, friendly & helpful. And I can usually get all the pool parts I need by just stopping in. I don't shop anywhere else for my pool needs.

They need to hire people who are not so rude. Blonde girl with piercings is so unprofessional! I'm done going there. I will travel an extra 20 minutes to avoid it she was that bad.

The material is a faulty product and the store does not stand behind the product blaming it on the water condition. We check our water condition daily with your test strips. So which is faulty, your testing or your product? You need to honor you warranty and word.

Their products are par in the industry. Their Service is the WORST in the industry. If you call for service or repair, you'll get Roger. Roger wants a credit card number from you right away, and they won't schedule your appointment without a credit card. Once he schedules your service appointment "some day next week. won't know the exact day until next week.". They send out some inexperienced guy who calls to say "hey can you take off the outside covers, I'll be there in an hour.".
And I'm out of town on business for 3 days. When I get home the lid is open and one cover is off and nothing has been fixed, with bugs in my tub. No phone call, no explanation, this was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. The next day I get a phone call from my credit card company that 4 attempt has been made at charging my credit card, to 2 local business and 2 online businesses, so they locked my credit card for fraud prevention and sent me a new one. Go somewhere else.
