We transitioned from custom barrel hot tubs to modern models and partnered with Sundance Spas in 1986, maintaining that relationship due to shared industry passion. Great Bay is Great. I bought both my custom sauna and my Hot Tub from them. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The customer service is excellent and puts them over the top. I had a few minor issues as a new spa owner, and they were available to take the time and help me out. They are reccomended for sure.

Three years ago we were looking for a hot tub and our friend highly recommended Great Bay. We don't live close to Portsmouth, but we took a drive up to see what Great Bay had to offer. We were very impressed by the knowledgeable sales staff. We purchased our Hot Tub from Great Bay and love it. They actually answer their phone when you call and have awesome customer service. We would go nowhere else for a spa.

We had a great experience with Great Bay Spa. We visited their showroom near the start of the COVID lockdowns and Jessica was able to help us to pick the right spa for us in a short amount of time. And they were able too get it delivered in about a week. With Jessica's help I was able to do my research in advance of visiting the showroom and the Sundance that I bought is a good quality spa. When it comes to Spas you definitely get what you pay for. The delivery and set-up crew was also great, and I can say now that six months later their post delivery support has been great as well.
