Pool Resurfacing
Our pool resurfacing service revitalizes worn plaster surfaces using premium finishes like Crystal Stone Pebble and Wet Edge. We assess existing conditions to recommend optimal materials that enhance durability and aesthetics. Clients benefit from extended pool lifespan and improved water chemistry balance through professional-grade applications.
Vinyl Liners
Custom-measured vinyl liner installations prevent leaks and structural damage while maintaining water integrity. We offer diverse patterns and thicknesses to suit design preferences and climate challenges. Our precision fitting process ensures proper tension distribution for maximum longevity compared to generic stock liners.
Pool Coping
We install durable coping solutions using natural stone or concrete to cap pool walls. Options include Oklahoma Flagstone and Travertine materials that resist weathering while complementing surrounding landscapes. Proper coping prevents water seepage and creates seamless transitions between pool and deck surfaces.
Custom Features
Our custom water features include tanning benches, roll top spas, and artistic waterfalls tailored to client specifications. These elements enhance functionality and visual appeal through integrated design planning. We ensure structural compatibility and long-term operational efficiency during installation.
Deck Installation
We construct and resurface pool decks using pavers and concrete finishes that withstand moisture exposure. Our designs prioritize slip resistance and drainage while maintaining aesthetic continuity with property architecture. Existing decks receive surface renewal treatments to restore like-new appearance.

Needed a new vinyl liner for my inground pool and they responded to my call quick, courteous & gave me a price quote pretty fast. Amazing customer service with the owner and all his employees. Employees were able to answer all my questions along with other concerns I had with my pool. Very pleased with my new vinyl liner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with their pool. Prices are not outrageous.

Worst pool company ever! Have been trying to get Hartsell pools to stand by their warranty but they will not. Our spa light is hanging out, less than a year after the remodel, and they will not send anybody to fix it. They warranty covers their work for 3 years. They will not answer the phone, return calls or send messages.

I do NOT recommend using Hartsell Pool company. They do not stand behind their work. They installed new plaster and tile for my pool. Within a year, the pool developed white spots. I had several pool contractors look at the pool. They all indicated the white spots developed and would continue to get worse because of faulty installation. I contacted Tom Hartsell numerous times, but he never responded to my many calls, emails and texts. Even though I had paperwork indicating lifetime warranty on the plaster, Tom refused to contact me to make this right. Please do NOT use this company!

I had my pool remodeled by Tom and his guys and they did do an outstanding job, BUT!, when a leak from the spa which didn't work. appeared within a few months of completion, it's still not fixed. The first trip they attempted to fix it by spraying flex seal around the interior of the spa which did not work. They also attempted to secure some of the coping by regrouting, which also didn't work. After numerous calls, I switched to email so request were documented with still no regards to my request.

If I could, I'd give 0 stars. The owner of this company is a fraud and I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. My very expensive pool lights that are still under warranty stopped working. I contacted him several months ago and he said he would get it taken care of, but then I never heard back from him. I called subsequent times, left him with texts and voicemails but got no response. Be careful using him.read all of his reviews, this seems to be a pattern with him.he'll take advantage of you and provide you with faulty products.

Tom and his crew did a fantastic job of remodeling our pool! Start to finish took just over a week. Tom gave us a great bid and was responsive to any question I had through the process. I highly recommend you give Hartsell Pools a look for your pool remodel.
