Debnars is always a friendly environment! Family owners an the older guy is so funny! I think the biggest thing people need to know about here is you can take small propane tanks for your grill and get them filled! Totally worth it when no one has any to even exchange! It's not just a pool store!

Critical: Professionalism I bought a Stihl tree pruner which works great. I bought it using a credit card and was never informed a service fee would be added for its use. The lady who rung me up placed it inside the bag with the owners manual. I noticed the add on fee when I returned home. Very underhanded.

I am somewhat disappointed by the confusing nature of the help. I was sent up front, then to the back, then up to the front. They tried to bill me 3 percent more for debit card, ignored my warranty claim, and took forever to fix my mower deck. But at least it's fixed. So no problem

We took our riding lawnmower in to have it fixed and over hauled. They charged us 293.29 we brought it home and went to mow the lawn and the deck dropped and ripped up the yard. When we took it back they replaced the blades for a second time. Tried to say it was our fault and charged us an additional fee of 40.00 well that will be the last time they get our business. Burn me once and you don't get a second chance.
Will I recommend anyone to go there NO never. Shame on you! I am not arguing with you it is a flat yard and there is nothing to hit and anyone that knows us sees our yard and knows what you are saying is not true.
