Pleasure Pools installed our in ground pool. We were told by another company to put the pool in our side yard because it would be easier for them. When Pleasure Pools came they understood we wanted privacy without question. They removed a jungle jim playset, moved trees and land to give us our perfect pool! We are going to use them again and again! Thank you pleasure pools!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value At 4:55PM, Renee "doesn't do water testing this close to closing time" even though their water test takes less than a minute. and I no longer do business with them. Service: Swimming pool water analysis

Ken and the pleasure pool team were great. We were indecisive at times on the location of the pool, the design of the concrete, and some of the color choices. They were happy to lay everything out for us and wanted to make sure we were happy and could get a visual before we proceeded with anything. They were very knowledgeable about everything and gave you the pros and cons of all the options. They were on time and on schedule if not ahead of everything they told us to expect.

We were well informed and all our questions were answered. When they left for the day, everything was cleaned up and they touched base with us on what was done and what the next steps were. We're so happy with our pool and I could not be more impressed with their service and would highly recommend pleasure pool and deck to anyone.

Ken and crew were amazing. They did an excellent job installing our pool and left with no mess for us to clean up. We checked other places before finding Pleasure Pools. The others did not compare to the price or the knowledge that we got from Ken. If you are looking to get a pool, please call them.
