They are by far the best. GREAT customer service, Chuck is just wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and kind.he really does care about his customers. He goes out of his way to help you with whatever issues you are having or whatever products you need and he won't steer you wrong. Their prices are great and they have a HUGE selection. I won't go anywhere else for my pool needs except here and I HIGHLY recommend Pool and Spa Outlet! Do not go anywhere else! Vicki

They were disrespectful and when we asked them a question they would answer but then they would rudely walk away and ignore us then they started a conversation and wouldn't come over ask if we were confused or anything
