Custom Pool Design
Our custom pool design service creates tailored backyard oases using advanced 3D rendering software. Clients collaborate with our design team to plan pool size, shape, and features that complement their property. The process includes onsite consultations, detailed measurements, and realistic visualizations to ensure client vision aligns with technical requirements.
Shotcrete Pools
We construct durable shotcrete pools using high-velocity concrete application for superior structural integrity. This method allows for creative pool shapes and seamless integration with custom features. The process includes rebar reinforcement, hydrostatic pressure testing, and multi-step finishing to ensure longevity and water-tight construction.
Pool Remodeling
Our pool remodeling services restore aging pools with modern upgrades and repairs. We address surface deterioration, plumbing issues, and outdated features while enhancing functionality. Services include resurfacing options, equipment upgrades, and safety improvements like VGB-compliant drain covers and LED lighting installations.
Fiberglass Installation
We install pre-manufactured fiberglass pools that offer faster installation and lower maintenance requirements. This service includes site preparation, precise placement, and integration with surrounding landscaping. Fiberglass pools provide a smooth surface and resistance to algae growth while maintaining aesthetic appeal through customizable finishes.
3D Design Services
Our 3D design services use Pool Studio software to create detailed digital representations of proposed pools. Clients can explore design variations and material choices before construction begins. This technology enables accurate cost estimation and helps identify potential design challenges early in the planning process.

If you like to keep calling your contractor to get something finished, then you'll love this company. They say they'll call you right back, but don't hold your breath. Weeks later, you'll be doing the calling. AGAIN. At least they seem to be pleasant. But you do need patience.

We called two other "popular" pool builders in Havasu a long with Sandcastle. One never showed and the other made us feel as if he was doing us a favor, and had a rude attitude. Greg showed up and was very informative and attentive to what we expected. He assured us that he would take care of everything for us. What he delivered was an amazing product. A beautiful center piece to our backyard. Expect some delays, which is to be expected in construction jobs, but when you have someone moving things along it will make it easier. Greg certainly did that and always kept in communication, even when we called him on his days off. We are very excited to start using our new pool this summer.

Sandcastle pools designed our pool in 2019. We received a 3D designed and it came out better than expected. All the workers were very professional & helpful. Our design was pebbletec and love the finish. Travertine was our deck and glad we did. It's used all year around pool since we have gas to heat the pool. Very happy customer.

NO ONE answers. Purchased a pool system through them and have tried dozens of times to get in touch with Josh and have never once received a call back. Go somewhere else!

I had Sandcastle install a pool at my house. At the start they were very helpful (Mike Rogers) gave me what I thought was a fair estimate and a reasonable start date so we made the deposit. They did not start on time and did not start until I asked for my deposit back! Then, they came to do the dig and I did not see them for a month before anything else was done. They had the worst communication as I was never told anything about what to expect, even after many emails and calls to the office that they never would return!
I never got the final walk through to explain how everything works. I think the quality looks OK as of now, but I question it as they never put any rebar in the pool which I was told is necessary. I would not recommend them as there are plenty of other pool builders that I believe care about their customers. Note: response to the Rebar by owner, All I know is I left for work one day and returned that night and there was no rebar when I left and the gunite was in when I got home. I do not see how that all could have been done in less than 8 hours1

We went around town looking for a pool builder, really liked the initial demeanor of sandcastle (Steve) and what they offered. After over 2 months of trying to contact these people to put a deposit for a dig date, we have given up with them. We were promised a bid that was never received. We contacted sandcastle multiple multiple multiple times and were told they would let Steve know we called. We haven't received one phone call back after the initial conversation.
I even went in to the office and the two people there didn't care to help either. All we wanted was to make a deposit! We know you're extremely busy, but dont promise estimates if you cannot produce them.
