American Lifestyle Pools built my inground 18x40 pebbletec 2 years ago. The build was a great experience and the service after was just as good. I recently had an electrical issue with my system, likely due to lightning. The owner of the company was here the same day diagnosing and fixing the issue. I'm so impressed with the service, I was compelled to write this. I see the one star posted from yesterday. 100% not my experience.
I don't believe it! We did not go with ALP because they were the cheapest. Considering this a a high price long term investment, I'm glad I went with them and not the build your own pool route. If you are lucky enough to get one of their slots (they did not oversell their capabilties.at least 2 years ago), you will be a satisfied customer.

During the purchase of our home In 2020 Scott from American Lifestyle Pools made a visit to the property during their busiest time of year to evaluate if a pool could be installed in the backyard considering elevation and a creek running behind the home with protected borders. The sellers realtor gave me his contact info because we wouldn't buy the home if we could not put a pool in. He did the evaluation free of charge and we bought the home with no commitment to him.
That customer service convinced me after research and contact with other companies that American Lifestyle Pools would be the one to use. They began our install on June 1st 2021 and we were swimming by July 12 2021. They accomplished this while being very transparent about short supplies of pavers, tiles, white porcelain cement etc., and told us every step of the way what was available for us to choose, what was expected and when it would be happening. We couldn't be happier with the quality, responsiveness, honesty and work ethic. Thank you American Lifestyle Pools for making our oasis come to life.

American Lifestyle Pools not only built our pool, they and their extended crews created an entirely new backyard for our family. From the time they broke ground, until the landscaping was completed we worked with professional, polite and incredibly competent people. We cannot speak highly enough about Scott, Jeff and their crews, but we also have to give high marks to the landscape company, Nature's Creations (Mike Hecox).
They met tremendous challenges with the rain and mud, but diligently worked with what Mother Nature threw at them and always with a smile and a willingness to listen to us. We recommend them 100%, and would use them again!

Hands down the absolute best company I have ever worked with! My beautiful Spool was installed in 35 days! The Communication between myself and the company was amazing. I knew what was happening everyday in advance and they always did what they said. Scott, Jeff and every single crew member were so nice and helpful. I really felt like they cared about my pool and my property. Thank you again for everything.
