Purchased a Masterspa from them. Months later the waterfalls started leaking rust. Reached out to Crocker sales, they would not even come out and look at the tub without first being paid a service fee of $79. At the time of purchase we were assured that they come with a great 3 year warranty and so on. and nothing to worry about. If you plan to purchase from them, make sure to ask all the details about actual coverage. Very disappointed with the service. *Will update more once it actually gets looked at, and they let me know if it will be covered or not.

The single star is for the first person I spoke with. We were having issues with our hot tub and wanted to begin the service process. She was informative of the first step only. From there it went down the drain. almost literally. We will not use them again for service.
