Very friendly staff! Very knowledgeable on products! The prices for what we got were comparable to Walmart. We like to support small bussiness! If are product doesn't work for us, we can bring it back.

My pool has never looked better! Penny and her crew provide exceptional customer service, always with a smile. They have taught me how to do the routine maintenance (very little needed with a salt water pool but very important) which has allowed me to enjoy our pool even more! We could not be more pleased. Today I was told they have pool chlorine tablets (aka gold) but will only sell to their loyal customers. Loyal customers are those who buy all of their chemicals from them and regularly have water tested through them. I am a new customer who just in mid-may purchased 4 bags of pool sand through Ratliff. I was also going to purchase a replacement filter clamp today, however that doesn't seem to be enough to be part of the "club".
I am a potential loyal customer who was prepared to pay you nearly a $120 for a bucket of chlorine tablets and purchase the clamp ( who knows what other future purchases). However, since I don't qualify for the (in group), I'll take my business elsewhere. Just as a thought, loyal customers were all new customers to begin with.

Never have talked and done business with such rude people. The owner appears to be psychotic! Dont disagree with this owner or she'll refuse to do what was agreed upon. Stay clear the company's not worth the hassle

This place is amazing with awsome, helpful, kind and fun staff and owners. Very patient and helpful with every question and concerns we had took so much time with us to decide. They seemed to really know their products. This place was a bit of a drive for us but would suggest the drive for honest good people. Thank you so much Sheri, Katie, and Penny for all your help.

Too "formal" and absolutely zero cash refunds plus a restocking fee, even if it's their recommendations. After Ratliff's replied there is and was a 15.00 fee added to my return, in a normal run of the mill's persons life, that is a restocking fee. No need to reply bc a receipt doesn't fib!
