I've been a customer since buying my house in 2009 and haven't switched for a reason. The owners of Allied Aquatics have taken care of our pool through the worst of Texas weather going above and beyond. Most recently they offered DIY instructions for fixing a problem (and buying the part!) to help me avoid a service call (charges they would have benefited from). I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and quality.

The water pump to our pool developed a leak. We called Allied Aquatics and scheduled an appointment. When the technician arrived, he assessed the problem and suggested a remedy.
