I had the best experience with Backyard Masters. I walked in looking for a hot tub for my backyard. It was perfect from beginning to end! NICK was the best, answered all my questions. Honest, attentive and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed! After looking for about a year, I have to say they do have best prices in tubs and chemicals, even better than Amazon! Must ASK for NICK only!

We went to Backyard Masters today on Route 110 in hopes of getting some prices on a pool. Staff were unwelcoming and we basically walked around for the next 15 or so minutes without anyone acknowledging or assisting us. I can't imagine spending thousands of dollars in a establishment that can't even greet you let alone if I ever needed assistance with my pool.

These guys are fabulous to work with. Very professional and very capable. I am a first time hot tub owner and they have had all the answers and all the service needed to make the purchase and installation of the tub easy.

We contracted a pool in 2018 and it turned out better than expected. Backyard Masters is really great to work with. They are responsive, positive, and a pleasure to talk to. They had great design ideas that made the pool seem as if it was built with the house. Thank you.

Getting our hot tub was one of the best decisions that we have made with our home. Not only has it improved our health but it has also improved our relationships. It's a great way to help your body feel better and reconnect with the people that matter the most.
