Our pool came out incredible. Nestor came up with a great design and our raised patio behind the pool makes everyone comment on how great it looks. There is no reason to use any other company

Great family run business and great workers! The field crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy with all the work they did! We used JJ Pools for both a new pool, waterfall, slide and pavers. It was great to have one main contact (Nestor) for all the questions we had! He was also really good at last minute design changes that made our pool area even better than we envisioned.

2nd pool with this company in less than 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've recommended them to everyone. John is the tops and nester does everything else. Not to say things went off without a hitch- nothing ever does but the mark of a true top company is how they take care of issues. They always do what us fair whenever an issue is brought up. That's why they'll undoubtedly do my next pool in the next decade too.

We decided to install a swimming pool last fall and, after many pool company evaluations, and recommendations from friends, we chose John Joseph Custom Pools for our pool and stone work. From start to finish, everyone was super kind, helpful, knowledgeable, detail oriented and professional. Jackie and Cara were amazing in helping us through the whole process. Jackie, in particular, was awesome- she spent as much time as I wanted reviewing paving stones, colors, liners, shapes, equipment, site visits.you name it, she was happy to help and was always accessible, patient, and kind. Nestor was fantastic and helped plan our entire project to perfection.
He covered every specific detail and request with courtesy, expertise, and patience. His crews were efficient and neat, and executed the plan exactly as we wanted. He is an absolute perfectionist. I could not provide a stronger recommendation for a one-stop pool builder. They do it all day, every day, but really made our experience feel special, personalized and one of a kind. Our backyard transformation was absolutely amazing!

I have dealt with many contractors that have disappointed me time and time again. When I decided to get a pool I got many estimates from different company's. And decided to go with them. They have been nothing but professional from the tome they started to when they finished and even after. I had some electrical problem and they were here the next day as they said they would. They were always here when promised through rain and shine. So if you are looking for a good pool and mason they are the ones to use.
