Terrible service and the lack of it. Why even have a service line to call if your not taking service calls? It's that kinda response I was expecting after the wasted phone call. No need to reply to this just know that when I go purchase a new hot tub as this one is getting old I will be purchasing from one of the other dealerships in the Duncan location. Once again thank you for the follow up on lack of service.

Aquafun pools and spa service people are amazing. They are thorough, dependable and really helpful in answering client questions. They're good problem solvers too. Goran, the service manager is particularly helpful.

Just moved into a home that had an Arctic Spas hot tub. Contacted the local dealer here in Parksville BC and spoke with Bruce. Bruce was pleasant and knowledgeable, as well as patient with us. Even though we showed up unannounced Bruce gave us an hour of his time to go over the basic operation of our specific unit. We walked out much more confident. Tania was also one we dealt with at the dealership on actually setting up our hot tub (has a Spa Boy unit).

She was so patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. She took a lot of time and made two trips to our home to see the unit was working properly. Both Bruce and Tania have made the new experience of owning a hot tub a very pleasant experience.

I Just bought a new Spa and was having trouble with my Spa boy connectivity. Tania was very helpful and responsive and when we couldn't get things going has a service agent come out. Sam was excellent, on time and had things figured out in no time. We love our spa and enjoy it every evening, Thanks Arctic spa team!

My hat is tipped in salute to the great folks at Aquafun Pools & Spas in Duncan, BC. My wife & I live on Salt Spring Island, where there is no spa or hot tub maintenance, so Aquafun offers a much-needed service where a maintenance crew visits a number of hot tub owners every two weeks, checking water quality and making adjustments where necessary. A special shout-out to Sam who visited us this past Tuesday and made our hot tub a comfortable experience.

Hot tub quit working called scheduling agent Tania Grey who gave me high priority for a service call. Had a cancellation and was able to have Sam the maintenance professional come out within a day. He was very personable and professional. Did not waste any time getting to work. Figured out the problem quickly and took it for servicing. He called me with diagnosis and once they had a cost estimate Tania let me know immediately. Two very competent and easy to deal with employees. I am very pleased with the service I received from both of them.

Beware installed a pool heater not to code. When I called to let them know about it Nicole hung up on me then put on their voicemail. Installers damaged trek decking then snuck out instead of owning up to their damage.
