At the beginning of Summer of covid-19 2020, my wife and I purchased an above ground pool from A-TEX Hot Tubs and Pools. Not only were they probably the only ones in town that had one but they were able to give us an upgrade on our filter system therefore running a much more efficient pool and longer-lasting. But it was and is the service after the sale that made me want to write this review. They have been excellent in every area. Troubleshooting, products when no one else had them, advice and wisdom, maintenance! Not to mention they are just super friendly and always seem to go the extra mile to satisfy customers.

Woodson Nyc from the Burnet Road store is awesome. I have an older spa that needed repair. He advised me on exactly what to do to set it back up and running properly. His knowledge of hot tubs is astounding. Might I add that he could not be more friendly! He is the man to call if you need hot tub help.

I stopped by for help with my hot tub and Woodson was a pleasure to work with. He made my experience go so much smoother than the folks at Leslie's I had been dealing with in the past! I will only recommend A-Tex Family Fun Center from here on out!
