Garrett Liners is the longest-established vinyl swimming pool liner manufacturer in the world. Founded in 1964 by Bill and Winnie Garrett, and currently managed by second generation owner, Ken Garrett, we've grown from a 5,000 square foot location in an old industrial building in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania, to our current modern, state-of-the-art 49,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Fallsington, Pennsylvania. This facility serves as our headquarters and manufacturing center for in ground liners, above ground liners, and safety covers.

Every Garrett Liner has built-in sanitizing agents to reduce the growth of algae and mildew, UV inhibitors to help prevent damage from the sun's ultraviolet rays, and a clear topcoat to seal in the print and help resist abrasion.

At Garrett Liners, we only use 100% virgin vinyl that is manufactured in North America, and formulated with UV inhibitors and biocides. This provides the value and long-term benefit to ensure increased liner longevity, maximum durability, and enduring beauty. We offer a variety of patterns and colors to choose, from giving you the opportunity to incorporate your personal style - making your swimming pool as unique as you! For an extra measure of protection from weather extremes, UV exposure, and abrasion, the 27 mil wall and 20 mil floor is an economical upgrade.

Above Ground Pool Liners

Garrett above-ground liners are manufactured with 18 mil, top quality North American vinyl, making it thicker and heavier than the vinyl used by most other liner manufacturers: providing the value and long-term benefit of increased liner longevity and durability. Carnegie Tile/Arctic Blue is only available for above ground beaded liners.
