DO NOT USE THIS GUY! His work looks great at the beginning, but within just a few months it went to hell in a basket. He'll blame to as a bother and say that I'm the problem. I paid lots of $$ for his poor quality service. He resurfaced my deck and didn't last 6 months. Had my attorney look at my contact, was told he worded so I didn't have a leg to stand on. SLICK, right?

We had a pool resurfaced and the job was satisfactory. We also had a solar system installed. After six months it started leaking and while he was slow to respond, he fixed it. After another month it started leaking again. After numerous phone calls and messages, he promised he would come out. It never happened. Again, numerous phone calls and excuses like "I didn't realize my phone was broken", another promise to come out on the upcoming Wednesday.
No call, no show. Seems to be lacking a conscience and not to smart considering my last message mentioned that this isn't intelligent behavior considering that people do write reviews. Well, here I am. Don't be seduced by him being a nice guy. Just doesn't do what he promises.

I have been in business a long time and have dealt with some difficult customers, but Ms. Ilsink takes the cake! Other Swimming Pool Contractors warned me about this.person and I should have listened! Nothing I did was enough and I finally had enough. You can only be taken advantage of so much. For the amount of time I've been in business and the thousands of jobs I have done, one or two bad apples won't ruin it for the rest! Thank you to all of our honest, kind and loyal customers!

Has abandoned the job after receiving nearly $17,000 for a resurface job. Check out his court papers, it's not the first time he has done this. Never shows up for appointments, sloppy tile work, does patch work instead of repairs. Does not answer countless calls and emails. Beware!
