I can not even begin to say enough wonderful things about Horizon Pool Supply. Each and every time we have had an interaction with their staff they have been friendly, helpful and professional. From Pool Consultants, Delivery Staff, and Office Staff we at the City of Owatonna have been provided top notch service every step of the way. Horizon Pool Is not just in the Aquatics world to sell pool equipment or chemical, but also to help you solve any Aquatic problems you might be having at your facility. Our Facilities work with both Jeff Kopp and Mike Volkers as our Consultants and would highly recommend reaching out to either of them for your pool needs!

Horizon Pool Supply is the best pool company in the Twin Cities. For years they have helped me in my job as CPO of an HOA pool. The employees are polite, professional, responsive and comforting in times of crisis.

Placed an order this month. Account was charged and confirmatory email received told should ship after 1-2 days and would be notified if any delays. No additional communication. Sent email after a week with no reply. called 9 days after order placed and told they "can't locate the product" (even though said in stock on website when ordered). Told "website not accurate." Told I could get different product with cord length I don't require but they were not able to reduce price when asked even though lack of any updates and I had to track them down. I asked for full refund. Terrible and rude customer service. Zero stars

Great Company! We had the pleasure of working with Jordan Pinney this past season, and we had one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed us many different areas that we could improve and the best way to accomplish the tasks. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. Thank you Jordan and Horizon Pool Supply for a great experience. We will be back!
