I have worked with this company for a while (over 5 years) at many commercial deals I managed. Recently I had them complete a job for me, which I paid for, and tried to get him to come back and fix some things he broke and also repair some more stuff in our pool that we were willing to pay more for. After trying to get in touch with with them over the span of several months, with no response back, I can only say that this long term business relationship has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would suggest paying for the work once you are completely satisfied, because in my recent experience, they will diseapear.

I used this company at several pools at properties I manage over the past 5 years. The gentlemen that owns the company has always been easy to work with. However recently he came out to my property to make a repair and broke a valve in our pump room. Mentioned he would be back to fix it, and after a months worth of attempting to communicate with him, with no response I am at a loss and stuck with a broken valve.
I don't know what has happened to this business but I can't recommend them any longer based on this lack of communication and service. Hopefully this changes and I can update my experience down the road.

I've had them out 2x since the initial pool closure - once to open the pool and another time for cleaning/liner repair. Neither time was I impressed with the cleaning and all the leaks in the liner were not found/fixed. They did recommend I consider replacing the liner (and I agree it's time) and were supposed to follow up with an estimate but never did. I am disappointed because my initial experience was so good with them.
