Run, don't walk away from this company. They took more than $5,000 from me for a spa 11 months ago with delivery expected between August and October 2021. They still have my money, I still have no spa, they refuse to return calls and try to get me to accept a lesser spa because "prices have gone up since May 2021".

When had our pool completed back at the end of 2020. It took forever to get the pool completed but they do do a good job. But not going to say great cause it took forever and they are HORRIBLE at communication. They never answer the phone, or emails and rarely return messages. Started pool in April of 2020 and finished in November of 2020. Within the one year warranty period, a small piece of deck to pool, trim broke.
We called, emailed and called again. ZERO Response. It should have been covered and they could careless. Not sure how they stay in business with customer service like this. Don't get me wrong, the field crew (actual trademens) are amazing people, but admin, sales and warranty are not good. 3 stars are for the guys in the field doing the work and turning over a nice finished product. If their office was as good as their field team, this could have easily been 5stars.

I ordered a fiberglass pool. It took some time due to Covid but I am very happy. Jose and his crew who installed the pool were great and kept me up on all of the stages of building. The concreate crew from D&D Concreate did a great job. Everyone worked really hard. Special Thanks to Heather for everything she did.

The lady named Heather was very nice the pool i picked was a good price for the size, Heather gave me quite a bit of discounts and the customer service was amazing. The only concern I had was Heather did not wear a mask. Overall everything was amazing!
