So I found JTs plumbing on Google, received great service and had my timer replaced. Two months later my timer isn't working and I called the owner and she basically told me I'm out of my money due to storms hitting the timer and knocking power out. She wouldn't even consider sending someone out to take a look at the product and automatically assumed I wanted something for "free". If you want to be out of your money because no one can control Mother Nature, right? Please don't use these unprofessional people.
