Pool Perfection

After dealing with 7+ different companies for bids and designs. Most companies had no sense of design, poor communication, trying to make a quick buck, or were ridiculously overpriced for a generic rectangle pool. We got down to 3 choices for our new pool construction & screen enclosure.

In the end after everything, Pool Perfection were the ones to shine brightly over the others and we are very pleased we had chosen them!

From the initial visit from the Sales Rep(Wes) which had helped greatly in the design through the back and forth to end with the perfect pool design for our yard with a very comparable price and timeline. I appreciated the follow ups and all the work that went into this project and he was not a annoying salesman. When you have a good product and service, there is no need to beg people to use your company.

To (Tracie) that worked on permits and communication, granted for our situation St Pete took FOREVER to get our permit complete which delayed the project starting in December when we were supposed to be swimming by late October, not Pool Perfections fault.

To (Nick) our project manager that was on top of everything and made sure things were on schedule and were done correctly, we did have a few hiccups and obstacles along the way and we understand that mistakes happen, but his professionalism and communication went a long way to us, so thank you very much for everything you had done to ensure it was done to "Perfection"!

To (Darren) that did the startup of our pool once it was complete and water was added, he has been fantastic and very helpful!

And to all of the folks that are in between that did the physical work putting it all together, THANK YOU!, you were all superstars and worked your backsides off to make it all possible!

Lastly to (Shai), everything was wonderful and you have a great team!

Pool installation with pool perfection, what a great company to work with. They make your dreams come to life., from the moment you walk into the showroom floor you will be amazed . Let me start with Wes the pool designer( amazing) then Tracy the office lead (fantastic) , Then there is Eric the project manager ( simply the best) . This company definitely delivers on everything they say they will do. They put you at ease and what I loved the most about this company is how the little things that bother you are a big deal to them. What a great experience to work with this company and especially Eric my project manager he is absolutely fantastic. He updated me on everything and always came by to see what was done by their contractors to make sure I was pleased with the work. Luckily for me I have seen their finished product with a friend and other people that have had their pool installed with pool perfection. My advice is go with pool perfection they are a well oiled machine and can deliver what you ask and the great thing about them is that they are a great company that communicates. If youre looking to build a pool look no further than Pool Perfection. This wasnt our first pool build and in fact weve had five pools. Without question, Pool Perfection is the best. My wife and I are very particular and they exceeded our expectations. It started with the first meeting with Justin. He took the time to listen and design the pool WE wanted. The construction kickoff meeting, which Id never had with other companies, set the construction expectations. The construction process was seamless. Each crew in the build process showed up when scheduled, were very professional, and did the job as expected. Nick was our site supervisor. He provided weekly updates, did lots of site visits, had great communication, and was always available to answer any questions. They told us our pool would be finished in eight weeks and they were right on schedule. Amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. So to Nick, Tracie, Justin, and all the build crews. THANK YOU.

We are so glad we went with Pool Perfection for our pool renovation. We had four companies come out and we were very impressed with Justin from the start. He came out several times and also met us after hours to put together the perfect pool for us. After permits were approved Nick the project manager took over and walked us through step by step on what the process would be. He sent us a text every Monday on what to expect for the week . He went above and beyond on keeping the project moving. He had a week of vacation and some personal matters during the process but he had everything lined up and still kept in touch. I'm a 22-year Army Veteran with a "no non-sense" attitude and I'd do it all over again with this team. My wife and I searched for over 12 months to find a contractor that we felt was professional, honest, transparent, reasonably priced and genuinely cared about their clients. The team at Pool Perfection checked all those boxes and more. Their teams were absolutely great to work with from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would do within budget. The management personally reached out several times to ensure we were completely satisfied with the process and final build. We couldn't be more happy. We were under a strict time crunch to have the pool ready for my daughter's birthday! They went out of their way to make it happen! 5 stars. We moved into a new home and had planned on having a nice outdoor living space. Came across Pool Perfection by online search, read the reviews and contacted them. Steve, the designer, listened to what I envisioned the pool will be and then draw out of his design plan using 3D which was pretty cool and really gave us a view on how the pool will come out. He came up with a budget that seemed to be reasonable to what we wanted which was better than any other pool company quited us. I loved his design as well. During the process, Nick and the team worked on ensuring the steps and time frame is being met. Unfortunately, due to some unforseen circumstances with permits etc, it took a bit of time to get going again. Nick was available for any questions we had. Their owner, Shai, has also been involved, making sure that everything is going as planned and to address any issues along the way. Even the ladies at the office, answered all our questions and follow ups. The pool and outdoor kitchen came out great! My son loves it! My family spends more time out there than inside! Our neighbors had been complimentary on how it came out really nice, so most of them are looking into putting up a pool soon. We want to thank Pool Perfection for creating this dream space so we can enjoy our new home. We highly recommend for you to get Pool Perfection for any of your pool needs.

Pool Perfection exceeded our expectations on the project. Everything was either early or on schedule and no surprises. Nick is an excellent Project Manager and communicator. He stayed in constant contact and was readily available to answer any questions. Even our neighbors commented on how fast our pool and deck were remodeled. Overall a great experience.

Pool Perfection helped me and my wife build our social pool/jacuzzi at our forever home in North East St Pete. The company not only did amazing craftsmanship - but they did it at light speed. We are in love with our swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. From the beginning to end sales, pool design, installation and honoring the 1 year warranty. Pool Perfection builds a top notch quality pool. The whole backyard renovation pool and sunken outdoor Kitchen has made our own piece of paradise everything we could have wished for.

We waited a while to submit the review as with any pool project things happen. Pool perfection PM made sure the build went smoothly, any questions or concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. As for the warranty process, we had to have tile replaced within our 1 year warranty period. Max the PM did an amazing job coordinating the new tile selection, to the installation that was completed in one day. Additionally he had the pool cleaned good before restarting the pool. All while standing behind the new tile install to include an additional year warranty on the new tile. We are back up and running and ready to enjoy our piece of paradise once again.

If we had to do this again we would most certainly have Pool Perfection doing the work. We appreciate each and every person that had involvement in the process. Thank you!
